These small flowers where carved out of scrap 2 x 4s. I
carved them in January of '99, they were my first carvings.
I got carving chisels with a gift card from my sister I received for xmas of '98. It started a long chain of carvings. I made my staff out of oak, if you could see
it it looks like a corn stalk. The sunflower was my
first painted carving.

This chandalier is made from oak 1 x 2s. It casts
interesting shadows. Unfortunately, it was stolen
from where I stored my things while traveling.
